Our Hummer Dynamo Limited Company has designed and developed independently new wind turbines blades through many tests, which is a fabulous success, contrasted with domestic and foreign manufacturers of blades for small wind-driven generator.

The pictures show the new wind blades and their structures. The wind blade could be made of glass fiber reinforced plastic or aluminum alloy. Its successful application prolongs the entire wind turbine's service life to 10~15 years. With the auto-deflection techniques, it can operate stably and efficiently, and is also very convenient for use and replacement. With the wing section design of the impeller and the end joint technique, low wind start-up and stableness and soundlessness is ensured and the wind power utilization ratio is enhanced from the traditional 0.26 up to 0.48，which is extremely high.

As traditional glass fiber reinforced plastic wind blades cannot bear the gale, and are apt to break easily under low temperature, the service life scarcely surpasses 5 years. Contrarily, our wind blade is much firmer and more bearable to gales up to level eight.

The new wind blade adopts wind-cutting structure, so there is no axial force caused during the movement of the generator, and the outer rotor can be maximally protected. It readily solved the problem that the damage rate of wind-driven generator's wind blades is very high in gale areas like Inner Mongolian prairie and coasts and made the entire wind turbine's service life prolonged simultaneously.
