Components like generator ,blades ,yaw shaft, tail pole and the inverter is much lighter than the traditional one .The blades are made of glass reinforced plastic, the yaw shaft made of reinforced aluminum alloy, weighing 10 percent of the traditional, and the tail pole made of reinforced manganese alloyed steel, 20 percent of the traditional one.

The inverter adopts amorphous techniques, weighs 5 percent of the traditional one .The unloading system uses light as the unloader weighs only 5 percent of the traditional one.

With these good materials and designs, the whole compact system weighs only 10 percent of the traditional one .

Small

Small in Structure:

Take 500W and 1000W as examples. The generator of the 500W wind turbine is only 6.5kg, 18 percent of the traditional one, and that of the 1000W wind turbine is 15kg, 20 percent of the traditional one.

With the weight of yaw shaft 20 percent of the traditional one, the square of the tale wing 70 percent, the length of the tale pole 70 percent, if seen from afar, only the blades and tail wing are visible. The “three-in-one” technology used in the controlling system makes the controller system similar to a sound box, looking both beautiful and effective, with a dimension much smaller than the traditional.

To protect the system from over speed under the condition of extreme wind speed, special CMOS chip is used to reduce the power consumption to less than 15%, and to make the system more efficient in operation and longer in life circle, compared to the mechanical braking system.
