Before the 2010 Shanghai World Exposition ,China's biggest Marine Wind power plant----East China Sea Marine Wind ower plant will build 34 sets of 3000kw wind turbines ,annual utilization hours of generating capacity is 2600 hours ,annual electriacal output to the grid is 267 million KWH ,the citizens in Shanghai will use the electric power from East China Sea marine wind power plant . The total investment of this program is about 2,400 million Yuan.And the electric power fromt he marine wind power plant will be convey by serveral kilometers benthal cables to the Shanghai utility grid . To 2010,Shanghai's wind power generating installed capacity will reach to 293,000kw ,it occupy about 1.55 of the total installed capacity in Shanghai .
