The secretary-general of Global Wind Energy Council said that China will become the biggest Wind Turbine Manufacturer until the end of 2009 ,the wind generating capacity will become reach the half of the Capacity of the whole world market .

 The rapid development of wind power generating in China will bring new changes of renewable energy field .This will benefit for controlling global warming
